SAP FI SCENARIO/ISSUE:LINE ITEM HEADER DATA CHANGING

SCENARIO/ISSUE (sap fi):-

Modifying Header text in line item reports....

The GL Account, Vendor and Customer line item reports are  some of the most frequently used reports ,So User wanted the Current Date in Header level in Line item reports.......

Solution: - So Adding a field to the report header Section, we need to navigate from the top MENU bar

For example.....

  Go to fbl1n (vendor line item reports)

Execute the report  with any vendor.....

 

Go to Menu bar--------> Settings------->Layout-------->Current Header  rows

Here we can Change "Header" screen   and allow to modify   the report   header..

Select  insert line button   and Insert line

Now give input  as -Current Date

Now click 

Now select Variable Name -Date of Output

  

Continue

save (ctrl+s)

Back

like this we can change many header fields in line item reports of GL,Customer,Vendor
