HOW TO DISPLAY THE DOCUMENTS BY REFERENCE

                                     HOW TO DISPLAY THE DOCUMENTS BY REFERENCE

Step 1:

Go to FB00  Select Doc Display TAB & Select Reference no

Step 2: 

Go to F-02  (or)  any posting screen

post the document and save


Step 3:

Go to FB03

Enter Reference no & Execute.
we can display more documents by using same reference.
Note:- At the time of posting we must enter the reference field.then only we can display the document through Reference.

ex:- FB03,FBL1N,FBL5N,FBL3N
